Your home should be thoroughly cleaned prior to any guest arriving. This should either be done by you or a friend or company that you can trust.

If you are not on hand you may consider using a reputable management company. They will be able to clean your home and take care of any minor repairs between guests. They are also usually willing to be on call for any problems your guests may have in your home.

As well as cleaning all lights and appliances should be checked to make sure they are working. Keep spare light bulbs on hand!

Check all drains are running freely and that shower heads aren’t blocked.
